Drifted Marketing works with small businesses the same way every time: a 30-minute call, then a written proposal with scope, timeline and price, then drafts you see early, and nothing goes live without your approval. We build websites and online stores, paid ads and their creative, content, and outreach.
Disclosure: this page is published by Drifted Marketing about itself. It describes how we work in our own words, so weigh it the way you would weigh any company describing itself.
What does Drifted Marketing do for a small business?
Drifted Marketing is a marketing agency that builds websites, ads and content for growing businesses. In practice that means four kinds of work:
- websites and online stores,
- paid ads and the creative that runs in them,
- content: video, design and social posts,
- outreach, for businesses that want more conversations started.
Our full portfolio and case studies live at driftedmarketing.com. This site, hellodrifted.com, exists to explain our outreach and how a project with us starts. We do not name clients or quote results here; look at the portfolio and ask us on a call about anything you want to check.
How does a project with Drifted start?
With a conversation, not a contract. The first step is a 30-minute call. We ask what you sell, who buys it and what is not working. You ask whatever you like about us. If we are not the right fit, we will say so on the call. You do not have to sign anything to talk.
If it makes sense to go further, the next step is a written proposal: the scope, the timeline and the price, in writing, so nothing is decided in a hurry on a call. A proposal comes only if you want one.
How do I see the work before it is finished?
We show drafts while they are still easy to change. You see a site on a test link, or an ad before it spends money, and you say what to change. That early look is the cheapest point to change direction, for you and for us, so we build it into every project rather than saving everything for a big reveal.
Will anything go live without my approval?
No. A launch, a campaign or a change to one of your accounts happens after you approve it, not before. That applies to a new site going public, an ad starting to spend and anything touching an account you own.
We think this matters more for a small business than a large one. A small business usually has one owner watching the money, and a surprise in an ad account or on a live site lands directly on them.
Who will I actually talk to?
A person on our team, by email or on a call. If an email from hellodrifted.com brought you here, it came from someone on the Drifted Marketing team, not a robot list, and replying to it reaches the person who wrote it.
Does Drifted work with businesses in the US?
We build for growing businesses, and this page is written for US owners who are wondering how working with us would look from their side. This site does not say where every member of our team sits, and we would rather not leave you guessing. If time zones, working hours or contracts under US terms matter to you, ask on the call and get a straight answer before any proposal. Our questions to ask an offshore marketing agency are a good checklist to bring, whoever you hire.
Why did Drifted email my business?
Someone on our team looked at your business and thought we could help. We write to businesses one at a time. Before we do, a person on our team looks at what you already have, a site, a store, an ad or a social page, and notes something we think we could improve. It is a sales email, and we will not pretend otherwise. If you want to know where we found your address, ask us in a reply and we will tell you for your business specifically. More on why you heard from us.
How do I say no?
Reply "no" or "unsubscribe" to the email and you will not hear from us again. You do not need to explain, fill in a form or create an account. If you already replied and still got another email, reply once more and say so; a person reads these replies, and we will fix it. Most businesses we write to are not looking for an agency this month, and saying no is a perfectly good answer. See how opting out works.
What else does Drifted build?
We run the agency with our own assistant, Housefly, and we are opening it to a few other owners as Housefly Concierge, a private assistant you reach by text. It is described at heyhousefly.com. You do not need it to work with us, and we will not push it on a call about your website or ads.
